It not only runs your body it is known to preserve your body and maintains the integrity of your body; it is the domain of your emotions it stores and organizes all memories. It also represses memories with unresolved negative emotions; this could be based on the fact you do not wish to address these emotions or your unconscious mind has repressed them for protection. In essence your unconscious mind takes everything personally this is the basis of “perception is projection.” Once you start to understand the power of the unconscious mind; you will learn to translate the events throughout your life.
Only then will you stop being a prisoner to your past, and become the designer of your future…
Depression is a state of low mood and aversion to activity that can affect a person’s thoughts, behavior, feelings and sense of well-being. People with a depressed mood can feel sad, anxious, empty, hopeless, helpless, worthless, guilty, irritable, ashamed or restless. They may lose interest in activities that were once pleasurable, experience loss of appetite or overeating, have problems concentrating, remembering details or making decisions, and may contemplate, attempt or commit suicide. Insomnia, excessive sleeping, fatigue, aches, pains, digestive problems or reduced energy may also be present. Depressed mood is a feature of some psychiatric syndromes such as major depressive disorder, but it may also be a normal reaction to life events such as grief, a symptom of some bodily ailments or a side effect of some drugs and medical treatments.
Addiction or Habit
What is an addiction? It is said an addiction is a physical or psychological need for a habit-forming substance, such as smokes or alcohol. This is where the body adapts to the substance and gradually increases the amount of the substance unconsciously i.e. smokes or alcohol. This can be seen to be a compulsive and physiological need for the use of the habit-forming substance which is known as an addiction.
What is a Habit? It is said a habit it is something that you do often and regularly, sometimes without knowing that you are doing it i.e. smoking or drinking. It is said a habit is where your mind and body adapt to accommodate the new behaviour pattern or habit, such as smoking or alcohol. A habit is recurrent and often an unconscious pattern or behaviour.
So where do smokes and alcohol fit in? Are they a habit or an addiction?
